Three Suns Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Three Suns porch package, you agree to the following terms:

Seasonal Product Availability
Three Suns uses natural, seasonal products including pumpkins, gourds, hay, mums, and other fall materials. Because these items vary by farm, harvest, weather, and availability, exact colors, shapes, sizes, and varieties may differ from photos or package examples. We always use our best judgment to create a full, beautiful porch that matches the look and feel of your selected package.

Install & Delivery Windows
Customers select an available install or delivery week at checkout. Exact day and time within that week will be determined by Three Suns based on routing, weather, product availability, and scheduling needs. We will do our best to communicate timing when possible, but exact appointment times are not guaranteed.

Access To Porch / Entry Area
Please make sure your porch, steps, walkway, driveway, and entry area are accessible during your selected install or delivery week. Three Suns is not responsible for delays or incomplete installation if we cannot safely access the area.

Weather
Three Suns may adjust installation or delivery timing due to rain, storms, high winds, unsafe conditions, or other weather-related issues. Weather delays do not cancel your order. We will complete your service as soon as conditions allow.

Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise stated. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because each package includes reserved inventory, seasonal product sourcing, route planning, and limited install capacity, all sales are final once your order is confirmed.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of Three Suns only if cancellation occurs before products have been purchased or allocated for your order.

Changes To Orders
Requests to change your package, install week, address, or add-ons must be made as early as possible. Changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability, routing, inventory, and scheduling.

Haul-Away Service
If haul-away is purchased, Three Suns will return during the selected haul-away window to remove eligible fall decor originally provided by Three Suns. Haul-away does not include unrelated yard waste, personal decor, planters not included in the service, trash, or items not provided by Three Suns.

Customer-Owned Items
Three Suns is not responsible for damage to customer-owned decor, furniture, planters, containers, lights, wreaths, or other personal items unless damage is caused by clear negligence during installation.

Natural Product Lifespan
Pumpkins, gourds, plants, and other natural materials are perishable. Their lifespan may be affected by weather, sun exposure, animals, pests, moisture, freezing temperatures, and other outdoor conditions. Three Suns is not responsible for natural deterioration after installation or delivery.

Photos & Marketing
Three Suns may photograph completed porch designs for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media purposes. We will not share your name, address, or personal information without permission.

Service Area
Orders must be within the Three Suns service area. If an order is placed outside our service area, Three Suns may cancel and refund the order.

Limitation Of Liability
Three Suns is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to installation, delivery, weather, product deterioration, or customer property conditions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
